Expected conduct

• Use your real professional identity and accurate credentials.
• Separate verified facts from opinions, proposals and unverified claims.
• Credit authors, institutions and collaborators appropriately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and appropriate de-identification.
• Communicate respectfully and disclose relevant conflicts where appropriate.

Not acceptable

• Impersonation or credential inflation.
• Harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats or targeted humiliation.
• Plagiarism, fabricated research/academic claims or manipulated evidence.
• Patient-identifiable content without lawful authority.
• Spam, deceptive promotion, unauthorized harvesting or account abuse.

Verification and corrections

Verification is claim-specific, source-specific and time-aware. Authoritative institutional or programme records prevail for official assignments. Users and institutions should have a pathway to challenge or correct inaccurate records.

Moderation

Reports should be logged, triaged proportionately and reviewed by authorized administrators. Serious safety, fraud, unlawful-conduct or professional-misrepresentation concerns may require temporary restriction while reviewed.
