GeNext Connect is a professional medical learning and collaboration ecosystem of GeNext MedEd Foundation.
This policy describes the approved privacy framework. Production disclosures remain subject to reconciliation with the actual data map, processors/SDKs, retention periods and application workflows before app-store submission.
Information we may process
Identity and contact details; professional qualifications, specialty, institution, roles and professional links; pathway participation; verification evidence where required; support and consent records; and technical, security or usage information generated by approved product services.
Why we process information
To create and manage GeNext ID, operate professional profiles, enable mentorship, fellowships, research, events, academic resources and institutional participation, verify defined claims where required, provide security and support, and improve the product using approved analytics.
Professional visibility
Professional visibility does not mean unrestricted visibility. Private evidence should remain private unless a user shares it for a defined action or verification purpose. Verification is claim-specific, source-specific and time-aware.
Patient information
Patient-identifiable information is outside the public professional graph. Educational clinical material requires appropriate de-identification, authority and governance. GeNext Connect is not a patient-specific diagnosis or treatment service.
Service providers
Authorized providers may support hosting, authentication, database/storage, communications, analytics, security or other product functions. Material processors and disclosures will be kept consistent with the actual production architecture and app-store disclosures.
Retention and deletion
Information should be retained only for documented product, security, contractual, legal or regulatory purposes. Users have a published account-deletion resource. Data that must lawfully be retained will be identified in the applicable retention schedule.
